Getting Started
  • tracMo tracker includes tracMo and tracMo Leaf.

tracMo tracker is a small device that helps you to find your keys, wallet and anything else in a second. You can attach tracMo tracker on the item and ring it when you cannot find them.

They have the same functions but only with a different exterior.
tracMo has a stylish and fashionable appearance; it can be an accessory for your purses, key rings. tracMo Leaf is a paper-thin Bluetooth tracker with minimalist elegance. You can easily keep it in your wallet or passport holder, or attach it to the top of your laptop.

We use Bluetooth to connect with your phone to locate the current location of your item. Apart from recognizing the location and finding things, it can also be used for various scenarios, for example, in/out range alerts, moving alert, 24-hour path history, etc.

The connection range can cover about 70-90 meters. However, the range of connections will vary depending on the interference of the spatial signal or the phone connection.

1. Download the tracMo APP
2. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth, Internet access, and GPS Location are on
3. Open the tracMo APP and sign up a tracMo account
4. Add your tracMo device to your tracMo APP
5. Finish

1. Scan the QR code on the manual or search for tracMo in APP store/Google Play.
2. Download the tracMo APP
3. Open the tracMo APP and set up permission for always allow.
4. Permission Settings: GPS Location – Always Allow / Bluetooth – On / Notification Settings – Allow (Silent mode can also ring)

The tracMo APP is free! You can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.

We support these languages on the tracMo APP: Chinese, English, Japanese, German and French.

2. Register by e-mail or use your Facebook/Google account to sign up
3. If you use e-mail to register, please go to the mailbox to confirm the verification e-mail

Of course! tracMo has a built-in motion sensor. When tracMo tracker is disconnected or moving, it will increase the broadcasting frequency so that it is easier to find and reconnect moving items.

tracMo tracker is affordable to most of the people. It is our mission to provide high-quality products and technologies for more users

It is safe and anonymous when you use it. Unless you share your location information with others, otherwise, other users cannot see your device and its location.

Generally, the iOS phone adds up to 7-8 devices; Android phones can add up to 4-6 devices.
If you need to connect more, we recommended using multiple mobile phones to sign in with the same account for adding. An account can add with an unlimited number of tracMo trackers.

Using tracMo Tracker

1. Open the tracMo app and select “add device”
2. Choose your device on the list, tracMo or tracMo Leaf
3. Select a mode and follow the instruction
4. Wait a moment for pairing
5. After pairing, you can edit a name for your device
6. At the same time, you also can edit a photo and choose a category for it

To ensure that tracMo tracker keeps tracking your important items, the tracMo APP needs to run in the background. Please keep your phone’s Bluetooth, location and network connection are always on.
Regarding the battery replacement:

You will need to choose a mode for your tracMo.
1. Find Thing Tracker: As a general tracker, with all the functions of a tracker
2. Arrival/ Departure Alerts: Use with the station and notify you if a family member arrives/leaves home
3. Motion Alert: Use with the station at home and notify you if your item is moved
* Each tracMo tracker can only apply with one mode

1. Open the tracMo APP and choose that tracMo tracker
2. Select the setting icon on the right side
3. Select “change mode”, then you can change it

When you cannot find your items that attached on tracMo tracker
1. Open the tracMo app and select your device
2. Select “ring”
3. tracMo tracker will ring with 90 decibels
4. Find your items by the sound, then click “stop ring”

Double-press tracMo tracker to ring your phone at max volume, even it is on silent mode. When you press tracMo one time, tracMo will beep, and it shows that tracMo functioning well; press twice for ringing your phone.

View the historical path of tracMo tracker within the 24 hours. For example, when you forget where the car is parked, you can use it to track the latest location.

3. Drag the timeline in below to see the historical location within 24 hours

Informs you when tracMo tracker gets out of your phone range

Of course! You can share your tracMo tracker’s location with another person. It is perfect for a shared car key

*You can use phone book to look up your contact’s email

Community Search allows other tracMo APP users to help to find your lost items. When other tracMo APP users pass through your items, you will receive a notification and let you know where the item was found.

If you have many tracMo trackers, you can see them on the GPS map at the same time.
In addition to tracking your important items, you also can get the location of your family who has a tracMo tracker

Want to set the different setting of Moving Alert, In Range Alert, Out Range Alert for the same tracMo tracker?
1. Open the tracMo APP and select “tracMo Apps”
2. Add “Scenes” -> “Add Scene” -> choose your device -> “Save”
3. It will save the setting of the device of its current setting

Let tracMo APP give you a call when your lost item is found by others.
1. Open the tracMo APP and select “tracMo apps”
2. Add “Call Alert”

Turn off alert sounds to avoid it ringing in a silent place
1. Open the tracMo APP and select “tracMo apps”
2. Add “Silent Mode”
Please note double-pressing tracMo to find phone will still play loud ringtones

If you do not want to use tracMo tracker anymore, please select on the tracMo tracker to deactivate it.

1. Open the tracMo app and select your device
2. Select the setting icon on the right side
3. Select “editing” -> click on “Deactivate”
4. The system will automatically send an email to your mailbox
5. Please select confirm in the message, and then your device will be deactivated

Too lazy to look for the item. You can ask Alexa to find the item for you.
1. Add Alexa from tracMo Apps
2. Follow the instructions to add the tracMo to the Alexa function
3. After finishing the steps, you can say to Alexa: “open tracMo”. Then tracMo tracker will make a ringtone until it is found

We use many methods to conserve your phone’s power. tracMo is equipped with a motion sensor, and it will automatically shift to power saving mode when no movement is detected.

You can see tracMo’s battery status in the tracMo device information. When the battery is low, you’ll receive a notification to remind you to replace the battery.

There is a distant limitation by using Bluetooth tracking when your pet is lost, tracMo tracker cannot get your pet back.
However, you can hang a tracMo tracker on it and set the departure alert.
As soon as they are out of the range, you can receive notifications and stop it from running away.

tracMo’s battery will last up to 18 months*, and easily replaceable!
*under regular use and within safe operating temperatures.

3. Sign in your account of tracMo then makes IFTTT link to tracMo
4. There are four options. When these options are triggered, smart home appliances will have a corresponding response

Yes, you can. We provide a web APP that you can log in to your account while using your computer.
If you wanna track many tracMo trackers at the same time, you can use the web to manage your devices.
However, the tracMo APP provides more features and settings than the web APP.
The web APP applies for the moment when you lose both of your phone and tracMo.

tracMo Station
Getting Started

tracMo Station is an ultra-compact Bluetooth receiver which is super easy to install.

Install a tracMo Station near the entrance of your home and keep a tracMo tracker in the school bag of your kid; you can instantly receive notifications when he/she arrives home safely, even when you are from afar.
You can also use tracMo Station to track whereabouts of your Bluetooth devices like Fitbit or Air pods.

tracMo Station keeps tracking the Bluetooth items all the time, using Bluetooth broadcast to detect whether the item is still in the original field without a mobile phone. Station will track the items for you.

The receive range of tracMo Station is about 10-20 meters and the connection range is up to 50 meters. However, the range of connections will vary depending on the interference of the spatial signal or the phone connection

It is base on the connection range of tracMo Station. Generally, it is enough that installed a tracMo Station in a 1,068 square feet apartment. If the house is bigger than 1,068 square feet, we recommend installing in each room. Because the connection of the tracMo Station will reduce efficiency by 50% according to the wall barrier.

The power consumption of the tracMo station is minimal. Do not worry about safety issues when plugging in power all day

Using tracMo Station
  1. Open the tracMo app and select “add advice”.
  2. Choose tracMo Station.
  3. Follow the instruction
  4. Wait a moment for pairing
  5. After pairing, you should set Wifi and your location on GPS.
    If it is incorrect with you GPS address, please enter the address manually (the entered address must be within the range)
  6. At the same time, you can edit a name for your device.
    You can name it where it is installed in, like room, living room or office.
  7. Lastly, you can edit a photo for your tracMo Station.

The tracMo station does not include a USB power adapter. Please prepare a USB adapter to connect with the power supply. The tracMo station is compatible with most mobile phone USB power adapters.
During the operation of tracMo Station, it is necessary to maintain a power source and a WiFi connection to operate it functionally.

1. Plug the tracMo station into the USB power adapter.
2. Install in a place with power supply. Within 10-20 meters of the items that you want to track, and where it can receive a good WiFi signal

You can use the tracMo Station to track BLE devices, including our tracMo tracker or 3rd party BLE devices, and even other brands trackers.

3. tracMo Station will scan the signal around.
4. Add your device.
5. Now you can see the new device on the main page.
6. You can track the device on tracMo APP if it is in the same area

Manage Bluetooth BLE devices
1. Open the tracMo APP and see the tracked device on the homepage.
2. With a grey cover is the device that has not seen by the tracMo Station.
3. Select on any device to see its location.
4. You can also change those devices’ setting

1. Open the tracMo APP and select “Map View”.
2. Track your all Bluetooth BLE devices on the GPS map
3. Select the tracMo Station icon; it will show which devices have seen within the tracMo Station area.

* Need to install tracMo Station in many places and ensure that tracMo stations are available to help you track

2. Add your tracMo as the new device and select the mode: Arrival/ Departure Alert
3. Attached tracMo tracker on your item.
4. After setting, you will receive the notification when the tracker is getting close/apart from the tracMo Station.

* Use schedule settings to set the active period of Arrival/ Departure Alert

1. Open the tracMo APP and select “add device”.
2. Add your tracMo as the new device and select the mode: Motion Alert
3. Attached tracMo tracker on your item.
4. After setting, you can check if the item is still in the same area and be seen by tracMo Station.


* Use “Silent Mode” mute tracMo tracker or turn off notifications in “Advanced Settings”

tracMo Station operates via WiFi and it would not consume your mobile power

tracMo Station only needs the WiFi and electric power to track your items at home even the APP is not running in the background

tracMo Station can automatically turn on/off the smart home appliance when you are arrive/ leave home (need to be equipped with 3rd party smart home appliances).

tracMo Station Trouble Shooting

Please check if GPS has turned on and restart the phone

Please check if the status of the router or WAP is working
