Shipping Policy

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number

Shipment coverage

We ship to most countries. But since some countries have distinct shipping regulations, if you can’t find your country during the ordering procedure, please contact us at support@mytracmo.com. We’ll provide specific shipping instructions for your country.

Shipment processing time

Normally orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you have any question regarding your order, please contact support@mytracmo.com. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

In some countries, there might be additional custom, duty, and tax charges when entering the destination countries. Please note that we have no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the purchaser. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend you to contact your local customs office. 

Damages

We’re doing our best to make sure you receive the product in the best condition when we hand over the package to the carrier. We are not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return Policy

As the original purchaser, you may return our product. To be eligible for a return, your tracMo device must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging along with its original receipt. Please note that partial returns are not eligible for a refund. For example, if you ordered 2 units of tracMo device, you must return all 2 units of tracMo device to receive a refund. Before you return your tracMo device, you need to contact our support at support@mytracmo.com to receive the detail return instructions.

Please note that this policy applies only to the products you purchase directly from Tracmo website. If you purchased tracMo device through another party, such as Amazon.com, please contact them directly for refund instructions.
